In December 2008, Progeny Software entered an intellectual property licensing agreement with Thomson Reuters (West) giving them the exclusive right to sell, modify, and to adapt the existing timeline products for the world wide legal market. As part of this agreement we are prohibited from selling to individuals or groups who are involved in the study, practice or administration of law.
