    • Priority email support 8am – 8pm EST, 7 days a week
    • All Premium Support calls and emails are given TOP priority with max same day response
  • Upgrade Protection
    • All new software releases including minor updates and major upgrades are free of charge for the duration of your term.
    • Upgrade notification – you will be immediately notified when a major upgrade or update becomes available.

Premium Support protects your software investment by providing technical support and all related product upgrades for one full year.

Equivalent to many company’s top-tier support programs, Premium Support makes it easy for organizations to keep their Timeline Maker solutions up to date.

Timeline Maker Premium Support is sold on a per user basis for a 12 month term. This not a subscription so there are NO automatic renewals. We will send you a notice near the end of your term, should you wish to renew.
