Include or Exclude Events in Timeline Charts

When entering events in the Timeline Data tab, a checkmark is automatically placed beside events entered with at least one date. A checkmark indicates that the event will be included in any timeline charts created.

To hide an event from your timelines:

• In the Timeline Data tab, click the checkbox next to an event to remove the checkmark.
  OR
• In the Bar, Flag, Vertical or Project/Gantt Charts, click on the event and press Delete.
  OR
• In the Bar, Flag, Vertical or Project/Gantt Charts, right-click on the event and select Hide
  

This event will remain in your timeline file, but will not be included in charts.
