Including timeline charts in a presentation
By default, the timeline charts you create are included in your presentations, however, depending upon your needs, you may wish to exclude some of the timeline charts in your file.
- While viewing the timeline chart you wish to include/exclude, select the Chart tab.
- In the Presentation group, click Show in Presentation. A checkmark in the checkbox indicates that the timeline chart will be included.
Tip: If a number appears beside the timeline chart in the Chart List, this indicates that it has been included in the presentation. Alternatively, icons in the chart tabs will be grayed out in any timeline chart not included in the presentation.
Adjusting the timeline chart sequence
The order of your timeline chart tabs, or of the thumbnails in the Chart List, is the sequence which the timeline charts will be displayed in the presentation.
To rearrange your timeline charts:
- In the Chart List, click on the chart thumbnail and drag it to the desired position. Repeat as necessary. Tip: The number next to the thumbnail in the Chart List is a sequence number. This helps you keep track of where each timeline chart will appear in the presentation.
- Click on the chart’s tab and drag it to the desired position. Repeat as necessary.
Timeline Maker Pro includes further customization options for how your presentations are displayed. These are accessible in the Chart tab, Presentation group. For more information, see also: Presentation Options.
