Where can I find my version number?

Your version number can be found inside Timeline Maker. While in Timeline Maker choose "Help > About Timeline Maker.." from the file menu. A window containing your version number will be shown.

If you are unable to find your version number, simply enter "Can't find" in the version number field.

Where can I find my serial number?

Your serial number can be found in a couple of places:

1. Activation Instructions Email - When you purchased, an email was sent containing instructions for activating. This email also contains your serial number.

2. Inside Timeline Maker - While in Timeline Maker choose "Help > About Timeline Maker.." from the file menu. A window containing your serial number will be shown.

If you are still unable to find your serial number, simply enter "Can't find" in the serial number field.

If you are a trial user, simply enter "Trial" in the serial number field.
